Belly Wisdom Services provides Birth Doula services, HypnoBirthing® childbirth education and Reiki in and around Seattle.
Your child’s birth will be one of the most profound experiences of your life. It’s natural to be excited, anxious, even frightened. You may wonder how you'll cope with labor. Will it be painful? Will you be able to relax and breathe? How can you avoid a cesarean?
Not all aspects of birth can be controlled. It helps to have someone you trust who is deeply experienced with labor and childbirth and who can encourage you to make healthy and empowering choices along the way.
My HypnoBirthing® classes will help you prepare for childbirth so you feel more confident and excited about going into labor. They are designed to eliminate fears that will prevent you from having a calm stress-free birth, and empower you to make informed decision. The tools and techniques I offer are easy to apply and will help you relax and cope with the demands of childbirth and postpartum.
My background in energy work gives me the ability to understand people on a deeper level. Reiki is an energy medicine that promotes balance and my practice is designed to support the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of pregnancy and postpartum. Through Reiki, I’m able to access your emotions and help you navigate the childbirth experience peacefully. I will understand your personal needs and help weave them together to support your passage into motherhood and the creation of a new family.
