Your child’s birth will be one of the most profound experiences of your life. It’s natural to be excited, anxious, even frightened. You may wonder how you'll cope with labor. Will it be painful? Will you be able to relax and breathe? How can you avoid a cesarean?
My HypnoBirthing® classes will help you prepare for childbirth so you feel more confident and excited about going into labor. They are designed to eliminate fears that will prevent you from having a calm stress-free birth, and empower you to make informed decisions. The tools and techniques I offer are easy to apply and will help you relax and cope with the demands of childbirth and postpartum.
Not all birth hypnosis classes are the same. HypnoBirthing®-The Mongan Method is statically supported. Between October 2005 and October 2010, the HypnoBirthing® Institute received two thousand and one Parents’ Birth Reports from United States, and compared them to Survey of Women’s Childbearing Experiences by Listening to Mothers II Report. The outcome showed that HypnoBirthing® mothers used far fewer interventions during their labor than mothers in the comparison groups. HypnoBirthing®mothers also experienced lower rates of cesarean section (17%) than that reported by LTM II (32%). The full report can be found at HypnoBirthing®Outcome 2010.
As your HypnoBirthing® childbirth instructor I will support you in creating the birth you envision and within the environment of your choice. Visit HypnoBirthing® classes for more information on how to build a balanced, healthy outlook on giving birth.

We appreciated her knowledge and support, and her approach to learning about us afforded our meetings a “customized” aspect. We felt really good about our progress—learning about birthing, practicing relaxation techniques, creating a birth plan, and working out some of the anxieties about birthing and parenthood—so we...
