While in School for Hypnotherapy I discovered  my passion is to work with families during their birthing process.  From there I did my Birth Doula training in 2005, and my Postpartum Doula training in 2008, both at the Seattle Midwifery School. 

I am a certified Birth Doula   through  DONA  International as well as a Certified  HypnoBirthing Practitioner in the Marie Mongan Method. I have special training in HypnoBirthing Labor Support, and Kundalini Yoga. I am also a Master of Advanced Reiki.

Complementing my training, I have worked for the last three years at Birth and Beyond in Madison Valley. This provides me with a depth of  knowledge to help moms and their partners become acclimated with newborn care.  This includes but is not limited to cloth diapering, breastpumps, and the basics of baby carrying.
